Add missing PRINTER_INFO_X structs - #1429

Adds to Winspool.java:

• Structs: PRINTER_INFO_3, PRINTER_INFO_5, PRINTER_INFO_7, PRINTER_INFO_8, PRINTER_INFO_9

Adds to WinGDI.java:

• Const: CCHFORMNAME=32
• Structs: DEVMODE (see TODO)
